David Noonan
David has been practising law at TWH since 31 March 2012. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1982.
He has general experience in many areas of law having been a partner in Halliday, Hook, Noonan & co and Scone Legal from 1986 until 2008.
Areas of Particular Interest
He now concentrates on conveyancing, leases, probate, estate work wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Guardian. More complex matters involving Rural Properties and Commercial Conveyancing are of more challenging areas that he enjoys most.
Personal Background
David left the Hunter Valley in 2009 and has been living in Minnie Water, the place of their honeymoon and family holidays for nearly 40 years. Married with 4 adult children, he and Neroli had always planned to re-establish at Minnie water once the children were independent. Neroli (Dr Lawrence) is a native of Grafton and has enjoyed meeting people she grew up with in her work as a GP.
David’s personal interests include photography, travel, music, reading and bushwalking.
